1. We usually send your package by EMS in the name of gift.
2. Approach time for EMS is usually  5-7 working days to your door,but it is not a  warranted time.
3. Free shipping is just available for shipping way by EMS and just available for some countries as the following list.

6. Order cancellation or alteration can not be acceptable after the order shipped.
7. In the event that a package was confiscated by the custom, we will reship and you must pay the shipping fee.We both take responsibility with such case,but we take more.
8. In the event that a packge was sent back to us caused by unsuccessful delivery, we can resend the package,but you need to pay the resending shipping fee. or you can cancel the order,but pls pay 50% handling fee.
