4. The difference of AAA quality and A quality,Asia size and Euro size.

Asia size is smaller in one size than Euro size, If we write asia size,it means the clothing made in Asia size.the tag says Asia size.
5. We can't guarantee the exact shipping time by EMS.
The approximate time for EMS is 5-7 working days. 95% of packages can be delivered within 7working days.
But sometime the shipping time is very slow ,as something unexpected usually happen for international shipping,such as bad weather,aircraft rotation etc. It is out of our control. We can't guarantee the extact shipping time at all. so pls keep patience with EMS's service.

6. Clear shipping address with a mobile number pls.
The case of packages being delivered unsuccessfully is caused usually by wrong address,unclear address or staying away. Packages would be sent back to us. We would not take responsibiltiy with such case.
So Buyer should better write clear shipping address, do not use any abbreviations. And leave us a mobile phone number,so that the postman or we can contact with you once it is delivered unsuccessfully .
7. Refund by credit card.
We can refund the money for unavailable items to you,but VISA or Mastercard company charge us 6% for each refund. So sorry we can't refund the full money to you.
For example, the cost for unavailable item is 10usd ,what we can refund is just 10*(100%-6%)=9.4usd.
And it will take about 7 days for the money to be on your card.
8. The orders from Brazil.
we can't send pacakge to Brazil by EMS or DHL,bcs Brazil custom charge taxes for each package. the best way is Hongkong air mail. the weight limit for each package by Hongkong Air mail is 2kg,the plus shipping fee is 10usd. If orders more than 2kg,you need to pay more 10usd.
The shipping time by Hongkong Air mail is generally 20-40days. but sometime it woule be delayed by many problems,like air problem,or unenough airplane. the deadline is 60days,we will do resending or refund.
